CCSD has put together a Family Guide to information our students and their parents/guardians on the Clark County School District Reopening Plan in a full-time distance education model.
CCSD provides information on:
Guidance and expectations for the full-time distance education model
Information about Chromebook distribution, internet access, and online learning
How the District and schools will communicate and where to go for additional information
Learn what is required to register your child for the new school year
Learn about meal service during distance education
Guidance on safety protocols, contact tracing, and testing sites
Plan ahead with a school calendar that contains a listing of holidays and staff development days

The following three items are being provided by CCSD this summer.
2. The Clark County School District is collaborating with public library districts on the Summer Challenge. Students should continue building literacy skills over the summer months by reading at least 30 minutes per day. Students can win prizes for participating. Contests run through July 31, 2020. 3. The Nevada Department of Education’s (NDE) is partnering with myON. NDE is providing free access to myON resources, including daily articles and thousands of books for all Grades K-12 Nevada students, through December 31, 2020. Students are encouraged to read 15 to 60 minutes daily. English/Spanish instructions are linked.
